to record my songs
said he thinks its great ,
that i am finally
trying to do something
with the songs ,
that he helped me to write. . .
(but) ... he said,''
I have one request ...
that you never tell anyone
that
I was the one who helped
you
to write them.
( ... even tho i couldn't hit
a string or pluck a note
to save my life ...)

so i have agreed ,
and have deleted
his name from my page..

I was thinking about what
my friend
was saying , and I get it.
He was saying
, if I am to be judged by my
music
someday, I want to be judged
by
music I created from whole cloth!
And not by music somebody just
'brought in' , and I tailored
( it's like the difference between
designing a dress and altering
a dress. )

he's got total freedom!!!
We rock out!
it's the most fun i have all week!
