Geoff and I, Meagan, are preparing to lay down some acoustic tracs with guest percussionists to show off our softer side and to show just what the duo or the trio is up to with our musical offerings. We are very excited about the recording studio we finally set up in the Lower Level of Chez Leonard.

Well, we're far into the leaf raking season and approaching
Thanksgiving. We have been busy with our Italian classes and Geoff,
with his coaching youth soccer. The music performances chug along,
lots of gigs at assisted living homes and senior centers and the
occasional showcase and coffeehouse appearance. Our recording studio is
almost complete but we've not had much time to record... plus we have
new song ideas and performance rehearsals to keep up with, in addition
to the constant search for new playing opportunities.

Our new CD, "The politicians All Sing, Origins and Originals" is out and
available from us, at performances, and on line at

listen to selections before you buy, or just to satisfy your curiosity.
You might really appreciate this CD at this period in time considering
the current changes in Political climate! We have never been musically
political, but this Red, White and Blue album pays homage to our growing
depressions and frustrations, with "tongue in cheek" and as well as
with some seriousness. It is a very interesting mix of music and
includes original song lyrics. Please check it out!

Meagan and Geoff have Three performances coming up. The first is back
at St. Elmo Coffee Pub, Mount Vernon Ave, Alexandria from 8:00 to 10:00
pm this Friday, Nov. 17 (Tel- 703-739-9268). This is a very
comfortable, quiet venue for music listening.

The following weekend after Thanksgiving we will be at the Savory Cafe,
Carroll Ave., Takoma Park, MD. on Friday and Saturday evenings, Nov. 24
& 25 from 7:00 pm till 10:00 or 11:00 pm. (Tel- 301-270-2233). After
All that hard work and hard eating on Thanksgiving Day you WILL
Definitely NEED a BREAK!!! Come on out and join us at the Savory Cafe,
a Takoma Park institution, for some light fare, beer and wine and
relaxation. Please be there to Unwind in this comfortable atmosphere
and support our music. Savory is known for homemade food including
Vegetarian. We hope you can join us!

Our First Night preparatiions are going well. This year we will be a duo in the Atrium Building in Alexandria VA. We will be sharing the venue with the Irish Breakfast Band. This will be a very interesting show! Come on up to talk to us on First Night. A good time will be had by all.
