Dear Valued Prospective Sponsor,
The Coastal Bend Flute Club is beginning its 19th year. It serves as an educational, informative center for flutists in the Corpus Christi, Texas area. Our goal is to educate young players, to provide information, to share ideas about the flute, and to provide rehearsal and performance experience for flute players aged high school and above. In the past, we have been honored to have Dr. Susan Berdahl, Dr. Mary Karen Clardy, Dr. Julie Lewis, Rita Linard and Michael Stoune present workshops for our club.
We are currently soliciting Corporate Sponsors for the 2008 - 2009 season. We offer 4 levels of sponsorship:
Bronze - $50 Your sponsorship will entitle you to a business card sized advertisement on our web site with a link to your business' website.
Silver - $100. Along with your business card on our website, we will list your company's name and website address on each of our programs (3 formal programs each year).
Gold - $200. Along with advertising on our website and performance programs, we will include your company's information on our club posters, which will be displayed at various locations throughout the Coastal Bend.
Platinum - $500. In addition to all of the above, your business will be invited to hold a presentation of your product/service at one of our monthly meetings.
We will also mention each of our sponsors at all of our concerts during the 2008 - 2009 season.
Money raised through Corporate Sponsorships is used to buy music, new instruments, as well as to help cover the cost of maintaining our website, www.coastalbendfluteclub.org. In the past, thanks to the support of our Corporate Sponsors, The Coastal Bend Flute Club has been able to purchase an Alto and a Bass Flute. This year The Coastal Bend Flute Club is actively saving for another bass flute. Please know that there are NO paid positions in the club. The officers are all volunteers.
