Yesterday the Supreme Court upheld the Partial-Birth Abortion Act.
I am too pissed to write much about this. It bans one type of second-trimester abortion, but not the others. Exceptions are allowed for a woman's life, but not for her health.
What this law basically does is help establish a precedent that the right to make decisions about what procedures are right for you belongs to Congress. Not your doctor. Not you.
