I am writing this for all the Soldiers that bust thier fucking asses everyday and get praised on how good of a job they do but then the ARMY FUCKS them and doesn't promote them!  I have seen it all in 18 years and I will give them 20 and I am OUT! Not a day over! They use the fuck out of the good soldier and the ones that dont really bust thier ass go to school or get sent to army schools to keep them from being around. Well I have been in TOUGH units my entire career and I have finally got a good easy job, and I still can't get promoted even with 103 semester hours of college! SO the ARMY wonders why they are losing the good NCOs! I would stay till they made me get out if I got promoted but seeing to many shitbags get promoted before me has finally done it, I need to look out for me and MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE( Leny) and my Kids now so I will hang up the uniform first chance I get! I want to say thank you to all the Soldiers that Supported me everywhere I have been, 2 in paticular SGT( Neto ) Madrigal, the best NCO I ever worked with! ANd SPC(should be CSM) Perry the best Soldier I worked with! Then of course my Hotel company maintenance that we all came back! and all the rest of the guys I worked with!
