Nope, not true peace. Not without Jesus. People might find they can be "relatively" content or at ease by some other means here on earth, but it won't be true peace. The Lord Jesus gives His genuine children (those who honestly put all trust in Him) a strength and peace that can't be understood until one knows Him upclose and personal.
(Psalm 29:11, Philippians 4:7)
