Not much horror viewing this week, as I was too hyped up for the return of The Boondock Saints, which I recommend both films in that series. So I didn’t get to best horror films of 09

Here’s this week’s films

Saw 2 (2)

Saw 3 (4)

Child was part of Jigsaw’s game at the end of the film locked in a room, where her father was forced to play another game after killing Jigsaw.

The Ghost Ship (2) 3 stars

The Incredible Hulk (2008) (2) 3.5 stars – This is kind of a horror movie, as the main character in jeckel and Hyde like character that turns into a monster. Also another character is transformed into a monster/

Going to Pieces: The Rise and Fall of the Slasher Film (2) 5 stars – Documentry on the slasher genre.

Horror Business (2) 4 Stars Documentary on Low budget horror filmmaking.

Eastwick (4) 4 Stars

Tales from the Darkside

“Halloween Candy” (.5) 4 Stars. Interesting fact: The episode was directed by Tom Savini.

“The Devil’s Advocate” (.5) 5 Stars – One of the best episodes in the series. It stared Jerry Stiller and was written by George Romero.

16 Points this week.
