April 11 – You can support local music from a variety of local bands when Charlotte’s Local Music Showcase goes down at Visulite Theatre on April 11.  The show will feature bands like The Not Likelys, Transmission Fields, Order of Chaos, Crossfire, Junior Astronomers, and The Omega Cell.  Plus, the showcase is a charity event for Muzak Heart & Soul Foundation – a non-profit organization that supports music education – so it’s for a good cause, too.  16 and up. $10. <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />..7 p.m...
