I now have my site (absolutelyhalloween.com) up and running.  I ended up using an e-bay store for this first year.  After researching web designers, credit card processing companies, etc... I decided that eBay and pay pal were the way to go.  They have the e-retail process so streamlined that I can focus my attention, during this first year, on product and customer service instead of on all the technical requirements and financial commitments the alternative would have required.  My hope for next year is to have a nice graphics package created for the business, and also to move to my own "independent" site.  We'll see how things go.

I'm currently in product receiving and listing mode.  It looks like most of my 2007 product will arrive over the next two to three weeks.  It takes quite a bit of time to get the paperwork organized and everything listed, but so far I'm having a lot of fun doing it all.  I've only received about an eighth of the items I'll have this year, so if you're watching the store… keep checking back, there's a lot of really cool product that will make its debut in the next several weeks!
