I have had the privilege of going overseas to entertain the troops. Having met these extremely brave men and women, or in a lot of cases, boys and girls, has given me an eleveated sense of appreciation for my country.

I have about 20 bucks in my bank account- so I can't really give much to the troops but I can give this:

If you are in any branch of the military (no Minute Men don't really count...we'll talk) and you want to come to any of my shows, just Myspace me and I will get you and your date(s) free tickets. It's not the biggest gift and I'm not the biggest comedian, but hey, 5-20 buck admission is still a pain in the ass on a saturday night, so there ya go.

Thank is really gracious of you, and if I ever get the chance to watch you perform, I won't be able to thank you enough.

Thanks for going out overseas and seeing what our guys and gals do over there. It always cheered me up to see celebrities come out and perform for us when I was over there.

That's pretty awesome of you to think of them Iliza. It's like the old days, where they get free haircuts and stuff. It's the way it should be, they're not rolling in dough either.

This is the coolest thing ever.

My wife and I think you are hilarious, and now that she's pregnant you've officially made her pee her pants.

I don't know why you would ever come within a reasonable distance of El Paso, TX but if you do we'll be first in line to see you!

I was in the military seventeen hundred thousand years ago. Serving for the dudes and gals in wartime is a whole other thing. I remember when we were getting our shots and wills to go to the first Iraq guys were crying and we were all really scared on the inside. The sacrifices those young men and women make are remarkable, then they volunteer to go back. Whatever we can do to support them, we are required to.
Good work little girl!

I am from a small town in Texas and have two brothers who are serving or have served in the military. I have a tremendous amount of respect for anyone who chooses to serve our country and applaud any contribution you make.

Additionally, I've watched Last Comic Standing for the last two weeks and have never been prouder of a fellow Texan than I am when I see you spanking those cocky guys who think you're an easy mark. I was especially proud to see you beat Papa CJ (Is that really a name? I mean, am I supposed to recognize that as "really Indian" or something?) and Paul Foot. Congratulations and best of luck.

You rock! I have been watching you on Last Comic Standing and have been rooting for you. I knew there was a reason other than the fact that you are a very talented comedienne (sp?). I am active duty Navy and my husband is an Army reservist. He is away for training right now, and will be until November, but I bet if he were home at all he would be rooting for you also.
Keep up the good work!

I just can't tell you how much this post means to my husband and I. He just got back from a year long tour in Iraq, and it was awesome comedians like you that made his time there so much better. The best escape these guys and girls can get is to laugh and, even for just a few minutes, forget where they are and why they're there.

Thank you, not only for this offer, but for doing the USO tour and supporting our troops overseas. From a military wife who ADORES you on last comic, and her hero of a husband: THANK YOU! People like you are what make this country worth fighting for, because of your heart felt support of people like us.

Keep kicking ass on Last Comic! :-D

As a disabled vet all I can say is thank you for your support. Keep it up, it means the world to all active duty, guard, reserve and vets to have support from family, friends, and entertainers alike. Thanks.

That is a great gesture. There should be more people like you who support our troops in these kind of ways.
Kudos!

My mom is about to go overseas for a year-long ops assignment, and my girlfriend is an active reservist (shh, don't ask). I know so many men and women over there, and having spoken to some of them - one who got to see you, even - it means the world to them. They may call it the Sandbox, but it's simultaneously the most boring and most terrifying playground on Earth. You're just a very honorable person all-around for something like this.

As the wife of a United States Airman, I want to thank you for such a nice offer and gesture. Being without your husband for extended periods of time are made easier by such great entertainment. I cheered you on each week, because you're absolutely hilarious, and I can totally relate! I am so happy that you won! You're awesome.
I would definitely love to see you if you came to Atlanta or somewhere in Georgia, heck, I'd even drive to Florida to see you! I will definitely be in the audience at a show! xoxo

I hear ya.... hey, I don't have a free show tickets to give, nor the money either. However, I do keep them in my mind and heart, and am very thankful to them all.

Great of you to use the best asset you could bring to the table.... A great night out, and great entertainment. Hope you make it to NC someday.
