This anonymous quote says a
lot about the nature of people in general as well as you and I up
close. We are always trying to break habits, lose weight, improve at
something or other and it is a challenge. Then again so is trying to
inflict change on others.
Before you ask
We need to understand why
people as well as you and I do that things we perceive to that need
change. Did you know that one contributor toward so many people are
overweight is that food is used as a reward. It is used as a before
reward and after a reward. It's used as a pick me up and so on and so
forth. I only use food as an example because it is a pattern
ingrained in all cultures. Most things we want to change have the
same anchors. So, before you ask for change, you need to know the why
that needs it be changed is what it is.
