Hey everyone! Reed Waddle here, hoping you all have had a great holiday season with family and friends. It's hard to believe another year is coming to a close. I hope that it was as good to you as it was to me.
I began the year by completing my fourth album Piece by Piece deep in the mountains of Aspen, CO. I'd like to send a personal thanks to Jamie Rosenberg, owner of Great Divide Studios, as well as John Oates who's vibe is all over this album. Another special thanks to Skip Burrows who mixed the album and all the players that made it what it is. When I wasn't recording, I was trying to stay as busy as possible. I played over 250 gigs this year, including the recent completion of a six week 15 state tour from the Gulf Coast to the North Shore and back again. Thanks to everyone that made it out to a show. I am in the process of booking another tour for March of 2009 throughout the Southeast and in parts of Texas. Stay tuned for more details to come!!
The new album has been a success so far. It's being played in 25 different radio markets across America, including my favorite satellite station XM/SIRIUS The Loft!! As for 2009, I hope and pray it is a good one for all of us. I know times are tough for a lot of people right now. I hope all your ambitions for the year become possible with time.
