As of 12:01am on Tuesday May 19th, 2009 the NGC Matrix is operative. The NGC Matrix cannot be explained, but experienced. The NGC Matrix has been created by "The Architect" (Sir William Welles) to serve you. It does this by sending you important and emergency texts to your cell phone in regards to any drastict last-minute changes to any events listed on NewGothCity.com. The NGC Matrix is FREE to join. All that is need from you are three bits of information. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to connect you to the NGC Matrix. If you wish to opt out at any time, simply text back "Cancel Me" and you will no longer be jacked into the NGC Matrix. We can't gaurantee that you won't be flushed out of a pod and into a sewer or something.
