Hey everyone! We finally made it home from tour! This summer was a freaking blitz! Here is the rundown for those of you who missed out...

We started this summer off with a headlining regional run with our boys from A Hope For Home which was awesome. During that time we also got to play a bunch of sweet festivals; first Cornerstone Festival, then Life Fest, and of course we got to cap it all off by releasing our new album "Creator" at our favorite fest on the planet... SONSHINE FESTIVAL!!!. After parting ways with AHFH we headed to Colorado to hook up with The Showdown (straight up awesome rock and roll) for a few weeks of "gittin' snake bit" and playing the West Coast and the South West. During that time we had the opertunity to fly to Germany to play a festival called Freakstock. It was INSANE! Upon our return we finished up our run with The Showdown and made our way back out to California to join up with Demon Hunter, Living Sacrifice, and Throwdown for the Huntour. Do I even need to comment on how rediculously cool that situation was? Finally, after a super-cool last minute show in Yucca Valley we made our way to Tomfest in Washington to finish things off. It was a great time and was kind of the last big get together of the season with our friends who are in bands from all across the country.

Thanks to everybody who came out this summer and made it a great time! We seriously can't express enough how much it means to us that you guys would come and rock out at the shows, give us food or a place to sleep, buy a shirt or cd, or just straight up hang out and talk with us. We wouldn't be able to do what we are doing if it weren't for your continued support!

So basically the summer was awesome... and now we are getting geared up for an increadibly exciting Fall season! Besides the great things going on in our personal lives (I'm getting married in September and Shane just made a really awesome move down to Missouri) there is a bunch of sweet stuff in the works for Hands. First and foremost we are in the process of putting together a headlining tour for October that will hit some of the spots in our home region we weren't able to get to this summer so be checking back for those dates! We are also going to be making an announcement at some point within the next month or two in regards to an upcoming Fall/Winter season national tour which we are really stoked about. Oh, and of course we are always working on new material. I talked to Shane today and he says he has come up with a sick new riff that (I quote) "sounds like it could be on the sound-track to a Lord Of The Rings movie". Dude... that can only mean good things...
