The new song posted was the fruit of an excercise that was a new experience for me personally, though Drew and Dirk for sure have done this thing a lot.

Basically we went into a session with nothing,  just the plan to bring in Dirk and between the three of us just make something up.  Didn't matter what it was or even if it was any good it was just an excercise to help generate some creative juices. 

What you hear on the page is what we came up with.  It was an extremely enjoyable experience, one I'd like to repeat.  at 6 Pm that night there was no song, at 11 there was.  Strange how that works.  And what we ended up with was better than I expected, nothing profound mind you, but a servicable ditty nonetheless. 

More over the night was an extremely good time, so all around good things.  I'd like to thank Dirk for coming in to kick something around with us.
