>>> Main Bookshelf resource
I've revived my duskdarkling.org domain (with a new title: Suspenseful Friendship Fiction) as an entryway to my Main Bookshelf sites. It has the same links to Main Bookshelf sites as at duskpeterson.com, but in a format specially designed for Main Bookshelf readers. Among other things, readers can now easily locate my Main Bookshelf fiction recommendations and nonfiction.
A reminder to Main Bookshelf readers: If you want to receive updates but prefer not to receive information on High Bookshelf stories and nonfiction, I have a friendshipfiction updates list and friendshipfiction blog for your needs. You can also Friend my MySpace friendshipfiction profile or my YouTube friendshipfiction profile. I try to make duskpeterson.com as friendly as possible to those of you who prefer not to be exposed to High Bookshelf stories and nonfiction; please do let me know if you have any needs I'm not meeting.
http://duskpeterson.com/lists.htm>>> New tags
On the tags page that allows readers to browse by genre and theme, I've added tags for gender variance themes and for time periods (Dark Ages, etc.).
http://duskpeterson.com/books/tags.htm>>> Chronological listing of my writings
I've created a new page with a chronological listing of my published writings. If you're interested in tracing my development as a writer (starting from my preschool years), you can do so through this page.
http://duskpeterson.com/cvhep2.htm>>> Credits
I've finally done what I should have done long ago: added proper credit to my beta readers, i.e. my editors and editorial assistants.
This task turned out to be roughly akin to cataloguing all the known G-type stars in the universe. If I've committed any mistakes or omissions, please do let me know.
http://duskpeterson.com/betareaders.htm>>> E-books
In an attempt to focus more closely on the editions that have been most successful, I've withdrawn all of the e-book editions of Bard of Pain except for the Kindle editions. If you need a copy of one of the editions that was withdrawn, just e-mail me.
>>> Cover Art Galleries
The Main Bookshelf cover art gallery has been updated with covers for current and upcoming stories.
http://duskpeterson.com/books/gallerymain.htm>>> Site Map
If you remember a story's title but can't remember where you saw it at this domain, you can now locate it through the alphabetical site map to duskpeterson.com.
http://duskpeterson.com/sitemap.htm>>> Winter Break
As I did last year, I will be taking a break during the fall and winter from publishing in order to devote full time to research, writing, and editing (plus, the occasional Daily Life entry at my main blog). I'll be back in the spring with new stories.
If all goes well, I'll be on the Internet less. If you need to reach me urgently, please send e-mail to both me and my emergency contact.
>>> Coming Next Year
A reposting of the romantic fantasy story Right or Right at Darkling Plain. New stories at The Three Lands, Princeling, and From Hell to the Stars. Plus (cross your fingers) paperbacks.
