To be a bit less cryptic...

Strangers in Polaroids gig supporting Rose Kemp on September 21st 2008 was our last.

Our guitarist, Ian, has decided to leave the band. Rather than simply replace him and carry on as we were we have decided to take a step back from things...

As the remaining three members we will be locking ourselves away in our new studio to write, rehearse and record. We will mostly be working on new material, or songs that we started on towards the end of Polaroids, as well as reworking some of the old set.

We do not expect to emerge until the beginning of next year, and when we do it will be under a new name.

Thanks again to everyone who we've played with and who came to shows, promoter's who've put us on, patient recording engineers/producers, stupidly kind journalists and talented photographers.

We'll be putting up some last bits and pieces over the next month or so, otherwise see you in 2009!
