Jami Deadly and "Deadly Cinema" are pleased to announce the positive reception that she and the show received at the first annual "Texas Frightmare Weekend" in Grapevine, TX!
On Saturday (Feb 4th), Jami and her "Deadly" entourage sold several copies of the show DVD at her booth, met and chatted with Joe Bob Briggs and Professor Griffin (of Fangoria TV), and had a scary-fun time!
On Sunday (Feb 5th), an episode of "Deadly Cinema" was the opening act for the screening theater, and Lloyd Kaufman (head of "Troma") introduced Jami onstage for her Q&A, and liked the episode so much that he gave his own seal of approval by declaring it "better than Elvira"! (Aw, shucks, Lloyd!)
And if all that wasn't enough, Jami was asked by the head of the TFW to host the DVD of the event (via her pink coffin of course)! Also, look out for an interview with Jami by horror actress Heidi Martinuzzi (www.thehorrorpost.com) in the near future!
