29 DECEMBER 2007: Decided to make a trip up to the remote site to listen for a while. Conditions were rather poor again, but not as bad as Boxing Day. Still quite fady too.

6308.12 R. Barretina Cataluna (pirate or what??) A little bit of mx at 2011 peak. 2015 mx and what sounded like a canned anmnt. Seemed to go off at 2023, but then found back on at 2032 check w/"Another Brick in the Wall" by Pink Floyd. 2034-2038 "I Want to Break Free" by Queen. 2038 anmnt by W in SP. After a Pop song from 2039-2043, anmnt by M in SP. More Pop/Rock mx w/occas. SP anmnts by M and W. Then, at 2108, another signal showed up here (see below). ID thanks to Foton and Achim. A Pirate, new legal station, or ???. If its not located in Europe, it has to be either in Cuba or Hispanola as Central and South America wouldn't be propagating at this time. (29 Dec.)
