Hello out there!

We've done a piss-poor job of using this intimate electronic medium - the gutbucket blog, that is - to keep you abreast of our activities. Instead, we've relied on that old-school method known as "in-person communication" or sometimes even "word of mouth." Well, enough! It's time for more news to come your way right here. Are you ready?!

First of all, we spent spring and summer recording and mixing out new CD. Who knows - maybe there will be an LP as well...But for now, we'll say there's a new CD coming out on Cuneiform Records in January! It's exciting. We're pleased with the way it sounds - and it looks pretty smart too.

Then, there's our upcoming tour! We'll be visiting you if you live in Berlin or Zagreb or a bunch of other places..

And then, there's our new baby! Ty's baby, that is...He and long-time partner-in-crime Megan Hester had a baby girl - Zora - born on May 10. And she's just right.

Who knew there could be so much Gut-news in one small package? As always, more to come...
