As always I've watched a lot of films recently but a stand out title is this documentary which is not usually a genre I follow, however concept is brilliant and just I had to see it.

Independent filmmaker Chris Waitt having been dumped by his most recent girlfriend sets out to find out why all his relationships have ended with him been dumped, this involves getting in touch with all his ex’s and trying to convince them to speak to him again and talk about why the relationship failed.

Chris’ journey to discover why he was such a bad boyfriend is nowhere near as simple as you’d imagine and it takes him to some very strange places, both physically and mentally. For the most part the documentary focuses on the humorous side of the project and getting it made but towards the end there is some major human drama where Chris is forced to face some of his issues.

Something I found fasinating was the women in this film. Some reactions are competely understandable given the history between Chris and them, others however really overreact. So when Chris early in the film ponders whether he is only attracted to crazy women you have to wonder whether thats true. However the way Chris presents himself it's easy to understand why his ex-girlfriends might not have wanted to take part in the film!

I don’t want to spoil the ending in case you want to look up the DVD and you seriously should, although I will just warn you the film features a fair amount of nudity and some scenes make for rather uncomfortable watching.
