Released on Hypotron records this 3 track ep is full of big tech house mastery.
'Crowded' is a monster that holds back on the all out assault and controls the analogue loch ness that hides below (but only barely).
'Sugar Bowl' is next and if you all remember the song 'Lime' released by the duo last year then you better not sleep on this one because it is full to the brim with same sub bass and sketchy hi hats blended to perfection with dirty melodies.
'Paura' is the song that I decided to post today for your audio enjoyment. This edit sees the Milanisti lining up some sweet filter heavy house and funk. The bassline breakdown in this track is new terrritory for En Masse with leanings towards a french style without any of the disco feel. Pure house represented here. Viva Italia! The EP is very electro but the third track 'Paura' has a strong Disco French Filter feel about it. Lots of bass licks and 909 drums, and a 'Rollin' n' Scratchin' sounding synth brings a nice touch.
