Hey kids,
 haven't written in a while. I'd love to say that we've been so busy in the studio. Or that we've been on the road or something "band-y" like that.
No, we haven't been in the studio. We've been in the streets, trains, banks, apartments, edifices, books, in our heads, and in our beds in New York City.
 Navigating through the thing that brought us here - art, and all it's beautiful curses.
I just heard of a picasso piece that was auctioned off last night for over 10 million dollars.
I jumped quickly to sight of picasso waiting on tables, teaching art classes, temping, hustling to make his living during his time in his country. Now Look! Over 10 Million dollars for just One of his many pieces.
Hmmmmmm.
Life is good, and strange. We're plotting our next record. Trying to have a good time. Actually, that's the easy part.
Hoping to be accepted. - note to self. you're already accepted. -
When your friends call to be put on the guestlist because they haven't the $10 for the cover. Let them in.
Artists/Musicians don't deal in things of money. We deal in things of beauty. "Oh that music was beautiful. Thank you for the music..."  - sweaty boys and girls give you a hug after dancing to your music. - You've done your job. Now here's your daily bread... get a real job.
