It's been awhile since the last Triple Threat update, so I thought I'd a take a minute to fill you in on what we've been up to.

Since the Anti-Matter shows that we played at the end of November, our focus has been on practicing and writing new material. We're fully concentrating on writing a minimal of 4 new songs for a brand new 7" that we're planning to release on Livewire Records sometime this year. Our goal is to simply write 4 of the best songs we've ever written. Musically I don't see us straying too far from the formula that we've followed in the past. As things progress on this new 7", we'll be sure to keep everyone updated.

Last night, Friday February 15th, 2008, we played a great show in Perth Amboy New Jersey. The First Step headlined, other bands included Energy, All As One, Petition, Mindset and Different Directions. It was a small venue called Copa De Ora, 50 people would probably pack the place wall to wall. We went on just before The First Step and right from the start I got a feeling that there was a sense of excitement in the air. Kids seemed to be a a little more psyched than usual for our set, which was something that we definitely fed off of. There were lots of sing alongs and it was just an all around high energy set. When all was said and done, this show ended up being one of our best shows in our 4 year career. We're looking forward to getting back to the Copa De Ora as soon as possible.
