Hey yall...

Some news that might bum some folks out... DJ Phlegm is no longer with Runny. Runny would in no way be what it is now without her; she's a wonderful person and a great friend and will be missed. We all look forward to seeing Phlegm perform again under a new flag, even possibly under her Judeo-Christian name, whatever that actually is.

In moderately better news... we've got some shows coming up... a couple to be exact, and we'll probably play sporadically through the end of the year. Also, we will be recording the new album soon. Its gonna be way different than any other Runny album in that it won't come direct from my computer to the world. It'll be produced by George Michael Jackson, too. So you know its gonna rock.
