Come down to the show.  People love to hate, but the fact is that, with out millions of dollars or a huge money backer, a small family-run business changed professional wrestling.  There's no doubt that with out IWA MS, the wrestling business would be different than it is now.  So many young talents learned their craft there and were given a platform to launch their careers.  A virtual who's who of pro wrestling has come through IWA MS's doors in the over 500 shows they ran (I helped run one show.  It was the most stressful day of my life.  I can't imagine the immense difficulty of running 500.)  If indeed Friday is the last IWA MS show, which it appears to be, come down and support IWA MS one last time.

Oh my God Jimmy, is this true?? I had no clue they were in any trouble. I mean I heard that a FEW wrestlers had left, but I never thought anything was ... terminally wrong with IWA MidSouth.

Damn... You, Hero, Punk, Colt, Ace and Dave Prazak were all there once. This is so sad! I never went to an IWA show, but I followed on youtube off and on. I'm so sorry.

You know I never got into IWA-MS. I have one DVD "Barbed wire, Bombs, & Blood" from '01, but I think the more places there is for wrestlers to work, the better. Except for TNA, they can disappear and I would be fine.

With a Rebel Yell...

This makes me really sad. I've made some good friends at the IWA shows and I know my life is better for knowing them. I will miss them all hardcore but I will keep in touch with them as well. Your not just workers at IWA... Your family...

I was there and it was a great show.  The match with Elgin was awesome, and speech was a classy move
