The other day I decided to leave theOddessy. There were a lot of reasons behind it. I was starting to feel very left out. And the guys seemed busy with Val Gazda and it started to feel like I wasn't wanted or needed. Whether or not that is true, the fact of the matter is that for the past year theOddessy was declining and it felt as if nothing could pick it back up.

I thought really hard about this. I've been in the band for almost 4 years so it is very hard for me to just let it go. But in a way theOddessy let me go. It kind of let us all go.

I'm really sad about the whole thing because theOddessy is all I have known for so long it seems. But I will honestly say that leaving was like breaking up with a girlfriend. It feels like it was just time to move on. I will remember and never throw away the AMAZING times I had on and off stage with these guys. We still talk and I hope to stay best friends with all of them still. just because the music piece is behind me doesn't mean that I wish for the friendships to be as well.

I don't have a side project or a new solo act coming out anytime soon or something like that. I'm trying to write music because it would be awesome to write some of my own stuff on guitar and such. But we will see where that goes.

Thanks to everyone who supported theOddessy. You're all incredible people and I hope you miss it as much as I will.
