Bored on your backside?
Well get up off the couch and come participate with us in the YMCA Stair Climb (
YMCAStairClimb.org) on Friday, September 25, 2009 at the US Bank Tower, Downtown Los Angeles.
Climb the tallest building on the west coast and help those in need along the way.
75 floors and 1,500 steps to the top!

Welcome to the first in a series of videos produced to inspire and motivate.
We will be profiling people and events (mainly people) who are doing good works in their respective Los Angeles communities. Or sometimes we will just pick a fun story that you need to hear.
If you have any suggestions for someone you know that has a great story to tell (overcome great obstacles, training for a major competition of some sort, etc), ASK THEIR PERMISSION TO TELL US, and then get in contact with us here with all appropriate information.
Our initial aim is to publish one video a month in this series. If there are a great deal of stories submitted, we will consider publishing more often.
