I've been meaning to write about this for a few days, but sometimes stuff gets away from me.  A few days ago a columnist for the Daily Mail in Charleston, wrote in his blog words to the effect that Ms. Clinton & Mr. Edwards were correct in trying to exclude some candidates from debates.  He said, "We want contenders not pretenders.  If Ron Paul & Dennis Kucinich want air time, let them appear on "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader".

Well.....needless to say I responded.  So did a few other people.  I posted another response, complete with a misspelling of President Reagan's name and a untruth.  I said that Reagan had held office as a Democrat.  That was an error on my part.  He never did, although he was a Dem for a time.  (Surber said Paul was a Libertarian, not a Republican)

Anyway, I tried to reply to his scalding response to my post.....I could not.  Apparently this guy has banned me from his blog!  LOL  He's an opinion columnist for my local newspaper and I've been banned!

I thought he may approve my response, but he did not.  Today, the twerp posted something else I felt compelled to reply to, again I could not.

So I have a question.....I'm new to this blogging thing.  OBVIOUSLY!  Oh well.  I have little respect for those who aren't even willing to listen to opposing views.  I'm so glad I no longer subscribe to that paper.  Surber isn't getting a nickle from me!
