We are all saddened by our good friend and long time bandmate, Gettye Lee, deciding to leave The Pussy Pirates, but we are also really happy that she will be off travelling the world and grabbing life by the proverbial balls. We are so thankful for all the time, hard work and creativity she has brought to this band. And bandmate or not, Gettye has become family for all of us and we will always have so much mad love and respect for her.



We will all miss having Gettye as our bandmate, but we look forward to hearing about all her new exciting adventures!

Now I have the extreme pleasure of announcing the newest Pussy Pirate, Laura Leonard! Some of you may have already caught her playing a few songs with us last Saturday at the Lagerhouse! If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing the smallest hands in the world shredding with The Pussy Pirates, you can see her in Ann Arbor for the first time July 5th at 701! More details on that show will be posted soon.



Gettye's final show with The Pussy Pirates will be July 25th at Nelson's Ledges in Ohio.
