Bad news for a rainy Monday morning in Atlanta - As of this past weekend, Missy Gossip and the Secret Keepers are no more. The reasons are numerous and feelings are mixed, but we wanted to take this time to thank you all for the amazing amount of support you've given us over the past year. We've had the time of our lives watching this project grow and playing music for you all.

To all of the folks that came out to our shows, bought our cds, told friends about us, and supported us in everything we were a part of - thank you. You were the reason we loved doing what we do so much. You took us from practicing in a spare bedroom to being voted best new local band in a city of 3 millon people.
 You made the shows at Star Bar and the Earl feel like a family reunion, we loved seeing your faces and hearing your cheers. You made us push hard to make every show better than the last. The hardest thing to swallow in this chain of events is the realization that we will no longer take the stage, turn on our amps, count to four, and play our hearts out for you as MG+SK.

All good things must come to an end. You've made it an incredible journey, you have inspired us. As we say our goodbyes, we want to stress how important it is that you support local and independent music. We live in a city full of talented musicians, and we're lucky to see great indie acts playing our city every week. Your support makes this possible, it's your scene - thanks for letting us be a part of it.
