Thanks to those who came out to the Tranzac on Wednesday night and made our night enjoyable.  It was great to see alot of people who we don't normally see and everyone in theAdores enjoyed playing to a good crowd of good people.  That we enjoyed playing our music was fairly self-evident to the folks that stuck around.  We were cut-off from playing by the barman Brian at about quarter past one.   We would have kept playing if he had not said anything.

The downside to the night came when both Ed and I went out to our cars and found parking tickets under our windshield wipers.   Thankfully Bran didn't get a ticket as well... or towed, considering he was parked in a handicap spot.
We learned a few things from our show:
- parking sucks in the city
- people enjoy coloring Bob's posters while listening to music
- books don't sell as well in venues away from universities
- rolling up shirt sleeves to reveal musician forearm is considered a turn on for some.

Thanks,
         Theadore Rachmaninoff

Boo to Brian!!

You lads were wonderful! I especially liked how you all kept switching roles. The CD is wonderful, I wake up to it every morning :) The only thing about the colouring...you need a pencil sharpener available ;)

Note to Carl...roll up both shirt sleeves. Mind you, you were driving us girls mad with only one rolled up...if it were both, there might have been pandemonium!

We all hope you can play in town again soon!
