Que pasa!! Been a slow summer, taking classes to try and get my degree, goofing off, waiting to hear on a bid I put in on a property.

It's a 1/4 acre corner lot in Tempe in one of the older neighborhoods, but the condition of the house is awful. To call it a piece of shit would be generous.

 Anyways, if my offer is accepted the plan is to continue renting it while plans and permits are being drawn up, then bulldoze the joint and put up the dream home. 2 stories of high ceilings plus a basement & cistern, building in the sevillian style of architecture where a center courtyard is the dominating feature, thick ass walls built using aerated concrete, solar powered with a gravity well to cool the courtyard, surrounded by varieties of fruit trees so I can pick my own. Will also be designed so that I can use a room or two in the joint as a recording setup. I've had some of these ideas going back ages, but I really started doing my homework back in december.
