FRIDAY 2Green Peppercorn Chicken from T-Chow = awesome.
Frederico and myself ploughed through a million plates of this.
Reminds me that we need to head back for more. Simone, are you in?

SATURDAY 3Art at the Cranka doesn't seem like the right combination but it's all about the artists, and with Gee and Dave involved, it all makes perfect sense. Art, cranka, booze, women, ......perfect fit.
Another one of those "quiet nights" where the plan was thrown to wind and many drinks consumed. Not so much a quiet night afterall. And with the addition of a pineapple, things just get silly.

SATURDAY 10We've talked about it for so long - a big step in our relationship. And then it happened - we became parents (again - Hi Texas!).
A Saturday morning road trip leads us here, to Wingfield's Animal Welfare League. After much debate about the type, and age of dog and the desicion not to get a puppy, we found ourselves a puppy. Simone was in love.

At 10 weeks old, she was tiny. Simone and I made a list of possible names for this skinny little thing. As she ran around her new backyard we called out all the possible name choices until it came down to two - Ruby and Ollie (Olive).

And so welcome to our family, Ruby Olive.

Ruby and Texas appear to be getting on just fine. Sure, Texas wasn't overly impressed at first but given he was her size (for now), he could handle himself. We even let his claws grow so he had some kind of defense. Not that he really needed it. This new cat-sized family member only wanted a play mate.

WEDNESDAY 20The final farewell to Cody and Tania. Dinner was nice, the company was better. It's just a shame Cody has such an alien head. Good luck pushing that head out, Tania!

And Ruby says, "Thanks for the sausages!!!"
