It's always great to see familiar faces when you are promoting your books at a book fair! Today Clint Romag and I attended our thrid consecutive West Hollywood Book Festival and it was fun! Like always, we bumped into some of the other authors who always attend, such as Christopher Rice.

This year was somewhat hot, so the traffic was lighter in previous years. But we made the most of it and had quite a few interesting conversations with literary folks, friends and even strangers who just happened in off the street to see what was going on.

I began the promotion for the sequel to "The West Hollywood Story," which is "The West Hollywood Thriller." In this exciting sequel, Jake Hawley receives a call from his friend Seven, whose boyfirend Aaron disappears under mysterious circumstances. Jake moves to West Hollywood only to find himself in the center of a house rife with turmoil, between the elusive gardener and his dying grandmother, Seven's exotic friend Rayne and her hidden secret, and with Seven, himself, acting out in grief fromlosing his true love. But the dramas of the household are soon overshadowed by a greater threat, a hidden evil that threatens the roommates and determines to destroy the household from within.

I'm publishing the sequel in Spring of 2009, and hope it is received with fanfare!  "The West Hollywood Story" has been received very well, and I'm very proud of it!
