As they say when it is time to breath, just let it go!!  A simple 10 seconds of heavenly silence can surely make a change. We all have stress, those religous folks the evils that cross our paths, they would say! But reassesment of mind, body, and soul with a simple everyday exercise can get you back in control and keep you on track!! When times get hard, take a 10, when your temper is about to burst, take a 10, parking ticket take a 10. Sooner or later you are going to have to deal with the situation, but for the time being do yourself a favor and have a moment to yourself. No one said life was easy, sure as hell it is ruff!!! But, it only gets better when we don't let it take a hold of who we are. Shit happens, can't run from it, can't ignore it! But, we can not let it jeopardize our health!!! You want that meter maid to cause you a stroke or heart attack? I don't think so!!! Honey child take that 10, and get yourself together. Forget about the other things that may be present and ask, are they material, are they a priveledge, and with out them wether you had them or not, could you still be fine? The answer is yes. Don't let things of possesion overpower you. Just stay you and be happy and blessed that you can wake up every morning and there still is a you!!! I'm not trying to preach, but I'm just saying what I know feels real in my heart. It took me a long time but with age I've learned to treat me good, and that't alright with me as well as all right with Lord!!! Go on now and take your 10!
