Hello!


   One thing I love about when I sell a CD (or when CDs go to Radio Music Directors)  is getting feedback. Different people have different tastes, favorite songs, and I think it is almost like reading someone's inner psyche to see which song(s) end up being their favorites: "Bitter Lemon", which was used on WLAC on the food critic show...Freddie in AMSTREDAM cant get enough of it, while Bob in Long Island thinks "what is a bitter lemon"....the pretty stuff vs the upbeat happy stuff...what does it say about people who REALLY like LAST CALL and YOU'VE FORGOTTEN ME....and If LOOKS could KILL vs ALL About/Happy Girl or Better Late Than never....

   Granted when I write I am channeling what is sent to me....I dont plan it....and it is usually how I am feeling at that time....sorry, my music isnt always happy, and I think my bitter, toungue in cheek and slightly morbid songs are the winners...what can I say...relationships gone wrong, finality....as I begin to write for what I hope will be a third album, as well as a few singles I will be doing in collaboration with other artists/djs, I am torn between the r and b and the desire to do a country album...just need the backers and funding....ideas of course are appreciated. It looks like the r and b dance songs will go out first as singles, and a remake of an old favorite is on the horizon (TBA)

     Also as we near a year's end and a new beginning, I am happy to have not only touched so many people through music, but through YOGA as well. I am beginning to teach at 24 hour fitness, and MONDAY DEC 7, 12:45pm will be my first, OFFICIAL BODYFRIENDLYOGA Class!  Yes, they are using my name BODYFRIENDLYOGA on the schedule!

    Times are tough and money is tight, but that is why I made the BODYFRIENDLYOGA DVD....$10....you can do it anywhere, any time, you can do some of it or all of it...or even just watch it through and get ideas from it. Buy it for yourself! But yes, it would make a great stocking stuffer, office grab bag gift....$10...and unlimited access to me via email to ask questions.

   Sunday will be my first show post-bronchitis at the BLUE PARROT! I would like to work in other singers and such so on my breaks, or maybe here and there duets, I would like to invite other artists and guitarists to join in the fun. This is my first time at the venue so please join me. Also, Wed I will be live on the "REW and WHO?" show, and Sat Dec 12th is BLANKFEST!!!! I will also be collecting blankets at the blue parrot show for those who cant make it to NYACK. See below for upcoming show schedule.

     I am also available for personal training and duo training. We can also form classes at any available time as long as I have three willing participants.

     I am still looking for new opportunities both for fitness work (teaching and training) as well as bids for new places to play/festivals/tours.

Musically,  I am working on a regular acoustic spot for the fall in the NY/NJ area. I am also available for private parties and events. I am no longer using Gigmasters so please contact me directly. Also just began rehearsing with some very talented players in what I hope will be my new cover band with a fresh look at female pop/rock songs from 80s till today. We will be based out of Central NJ. and looking for bookings by January.


   I now have more am time (til lunch) and after 2pm free to train new clients, do classes in various facilities including corporate settings, churches/synagogues, training spaces....if you have always been interested in personal training, or want to train with a friend/loved one...now is the time to work with an experienced, motivating, safe, smart and fun trainer/instructor. Please reply with your request. Rates are reasonable and I am dog and baby friendly. I also train out of NYSC (best if you want to work on the reformer), or at home/the office.
