We (In the Morning) need a new drummer. We are an all original rock band looking for a dedicated drummer. Some of our requirements include this...

Have pro gear, be awesome, be able to play in odd time signatures, be able to Jam 1-2 times a week, be able to travel on some weekends, hit drums harder than an S.O.B, be able to keep time well, be able to play with a click track in the studio, know what a bong and a gong is, Have own transportation, No alcoholics, such as where Booze gets in the way of playing(ps we love to drink), be creative and throw in ideas during the writing process.

We practice out in Bloomington, MN at a house, so you won't have to pay any rent for a space. We usually practice about 2-3 hours every Jam. We all have day jobs so we practice anytime after 7 on weekdays and anytime on weekends. We even have a kit you can use for practice, but you'll have to use your own kit for gigs. We plan on writing for a new cd once we get our guy. We would only have you learn a few of the older songs, unless you wanted to learn more. For the try out we have you learn two of our songs and then we do an open jam. All of the money we make with the band goes back into the band, you will most likely not make any money playing in this band. So we need someone that does it for the love of the music.

Some of our influences or bands we listen to are Soundgarden, Sunny Day Real Estate, Stone Temple Pilots, Silverchair, Shiner, Houston, porcupine Tree, Queens of the stone age, The Life and Times, Oceansize, and many more.
