A film festival to rival the Sun Dance was held in Schaller's room on Monday to set the tone for the onslaught of events planned for the rest National Design Week. We all settled in to watch The Power of Ten and Tops, science/math movies by Ray and Charles Eames. They weren't shown for their educational value [cause honestly…who voluntarily watches educational TV?] but for how they are shot, which is [in lay-man's terms] EPIC. Most of us went around the rest of the day humming the 70's techno to ourselves with whizzing rainbows and shrinking squares in front of our eyes, a great way to start off National Design Week.

[P.S.-How cool is that? We're so awesome, we get our own WEEK.]
