Thanks to the Click Five for having us there to finish out their residency at the Lizard Lounge this weekend. We had a complete blast and I even jumped up on stage with the fellas for a little Elvis Costello. Despite the fact that I completely ripped an audience member a new asshole for reading in the front row, I feel like the evening was a success of good will and love for one's brothers and sisters. Okay, so I'm the asshole.
At least there are other assholes in the world, such as our friends in Harris. They spent much of their precious interview time on WBCN making fun of me and my Scamper brethren for crying during our last show. I'm so glad they're breaking up. On April 18 at the Middle East Downstairs, I will dance on their graves.
In other news, today is my last day as a vegetarian. It's been an interesting experience. I was surprised to find that my diet didn't have to change all that much - just a little tofu instead of grilled chicken here and there. But the veggie life is not for me. I can't WAIT for a cheeseburger tomorrow.
