Love…

cause that's all I know to do.

Love..

Of where I am because it's a lot further than where I was.

Of lessons learned because I'm a lot wiser because of it.

Of rejection because I truly understand now that the majority of the time it's protection.

Of forgiveness cause lack of it can lead to sickness

Of patience that's a big one for me.

Of silence cause I can think a lot more clearly

Of laughter which turns out to be one of the best ab exercises lol…yo I  saw the movie "Ghost Town" it turned out to be the best ab workout I've had in a long time now if my kick boxing teacher reads this she's gonna let me HAVE it.

Of music….which is my rock.

Of listening…my mommy always told me listen more speak less…you learn a lot that way.

Of time cause it's precious

Of the quick glance....it's odd...I don't know if anyone else wonders this...but when you see someone in passing and you catch each others eye do you ever wonder where their mind was at that moment...or if you're at a stop light and you happen to look over at the next car at the same time they look over at you...where their mind is or where they are heading...I instantly smile and speak light...because number one who knows if that's the first smile of the day that they've received and how it could've changed their day...well either way it goes I've received another reason to smile. I can recall one time someone didn't return the smile. I was at the grocery store and I smiled at this gentleman who in turn didn't smile back but kept looking to the point of running into a food display and knocking some of it down. LOL...my daughter Tatiana got a BIG kick out of that.

She's so bad hahaha.
