Hello

With boxes of 'The Sleeper' arriving at the house today, I felt a big head space clear knowing that it is done and it exists. A good day.

This leaves me with a clear sense of momentum for the next Christian Silva record, which is entirely written.

The record demos are going out to musicians which will include brass and strings plus genius drummer Bas and Nick of course. If I can get the sound in my head onto record I think it's going to be exciting.

I'll maybe post a bedroom demo or two soon to see what ya'll feel about the songs.

Manchester tomorrow for a Radio 2 session - meep.

Sorry for the late reply Sallyella! Been touring and recording with TLS but back home today!

Yes! This is the artwork by Not Photography / Jack & Union (Paul Mansley & David Horwich). I really love it.


I've been developing the demos and we've been playing some of the songs in our soundchecks. Can't wait to make this record.
