I'm having a great time in Kansas City; but I can barely believe that it is December already! I have lived here for about 6 months and time seems to be flying by. Now if only the next 7 1/2 months would go by just as fast, because that's why my lovely BF will be moving here. He has to take some summer classes, which sucks, but all we can wish is for the months to whiz by until August.

Working full-time is still an adjustment for me; I'm attempting to pick up some freelance writing work to earn extra money and forward my career. I also don't want to waitress anymore; it's getting old I'm ready for something new so I can work from home doing something I love.

We'll see how it plays out....wish me luck!
