I've been doing all my overdub tracking, final mixing and mastering here at Treehouse for no extra studio fee but as of July it will go up to $100 per day to cover costs.  If anyone is interested in booking some time in June, even for basic tracking, I am still only charging my day rate of $250 with no extra studio fee.
