It's almost 5 a.m. and I think I should be sleeping by now, but I am reeling from the incredible send-off that was to(last)night's  "Sas Quits California" show. I can't adequately express how blessed and inspired I feel knowing that I am surrounded by such loving friends and talented musicians. I was so touched by the outpouring of good wishes, thoughtful words and giving spirits of everyone involved, audience included. Some of my best friends in the universe ( The UNIVERSE- that includes galaxies beyond the Milky Way) were in attendance and I am eternally grateful to have had them in my life for so long.  Still, there are others I feel I am just now getting to know as I am exiting through another door. I see this not as a closure, but a new branch of my life's experience and an extension of my true self, to better shape my world view. It may sound odd, but I finally feel like myself--whole and purposeful. I am lucky to have found such love.
