Where should I begin? Well I'm a Personal Trainer by day and a DJ by night.



I became interested in fitness when I was in High School because of a couple reasons. One, it was "cool" to be strong and two, I was fascinated by the rehabilitation of my various sports injuries. People noticed that I had increased my strength so much that I was getting noticed in H.S. As everyone knows, anything that gets you noticed in H.S. is usually a good thing and being "buff" was something I wanted to shoot for. I can also remember multiple visits to the athletic trainers office due to sports injuries. Being part of a state ranked wrestling team, I always wanted to get back to action fast. I asked questions and I did research on the body. I got healthy fast and that knowledge got me in better shape during times I wasn't hurt.



As for my DJ alter ego... I was first introduced to the idea of becoming a DJ in the 8th grade. As I became a H.S. Freshman I heard mix tapes by Aaron "funkin' it up" Arriaga and I really wanted to DJ. Unfortunately, I found that I had no $$$ and couldn't afford the expensive gear so I shoved those thoughts aside. During my senior year,however, on the H.S. gymnastics team, I became closer friends with my boy, DJ FLIPSIDE. During meets, we would compete on our respective events but then came time for the High Bar event. Neither of us did High Bar so we created "High Bar Story Time." Sounds gay now and probably seemed like it then too but F it, I'm proud how it turned out. Anyways, all of us that didn't do High Bar would chill and tell funny stories. Eventually that led to talkin shop about DJ'n since Flip was a dj. I went to his house with my other teammate Josh and he tought us the ropes... What can I say... Flip's on the radio, and both Josh and I are now DJ's.. Thanks Flip!
