MARCH 2009 - Charity Month

During the month of March, we will be donating a portion of proceeds from record sales to various different charities. Each artist that has contributed to seven inch project has handpicked each charity and a portion of the proceeds from their 7-inch will go to the charity of their choice.

You can help make a difference, just by supporting one of the charities on our site. The best way to do this is to pick a 7-inch record by an artist on our site, order it, play it & share it with a friend. You get a record and the artist gets to raise awareness for their charity.

- Seven Inch Project

Agent Ribbons - Charity Month - A portion of proceeds from this 7-inch will go to Doctors Without Borders,
an international medical humanitarian organization working in more than
60 countries to assist people whose survival is threatened by violence,

June Madrona - Charity Month - A portion of proceeds from this 7-inch will go to Olympia Free Herbal Clinic,
an organization that offer’s education, personalized health
consultations, botanical remedies and other supplies free of charge.
They serve to empower everyone, regardless of financial circumstances,

Half-Handed Cloud - Charity Month - A portion of proceeds from this 7-inch will go to International Justice Mission,
a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery,
sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. For more

Luke Temple - Charity Month - A portion of proceeds from this 7-inch will go to Save The Music Foundation,
a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of
education in America’s public schools by restoring music programs in
cities across the country, and raising public awareness about the
importance of music participation for our nation’s youth. For more

Rio En Medio - Charity Month - A portion of proceeds from this 7-inch will go to Two Spirit Society of Denver,
formed to confront and combat issues of homophobia, racism, and
oppression from the Native American community, the non-Native
communities, and the GLBT community at large. For more information go

Castledoor - Charity Month - A portion of proceeds from this 7-inch will go to the Melanoma Research Foundation,
an organization that supports medical research for finding effective
treatments and eventually a cure for melanoma. To act as an advocate
for the melanoma community to raise the awareness of this disease and
