Hey Everyone....

So...just wanted to post about some things going on right now..

Let's see... first let me start by re-capping the last few weeks..! Thank you to everyone who has come out to all the recent shows..! As most of you know, I have combined most of my appearances and my shows with Rockell!! (Rockell and I met 10 years ago at a show I was doing in Jersey while she was finishing the recording of her first CD). We began touring together a few weeks after our first introduction and have been the BEST of friends on and off stage for a DECADE...(Damn, where does the time go?)....Anyway....we have a lot of fun and great chemistry and she likes to refer to us as the "Sonny and Cher" of Freestyle, LOL!! (we have a lot of inside jokes..., most are funny just to us)!!

Anyway...recently we've been to Miami, Tampa, Dearborn MI, Millford and New Haven CT, Trenton NJ...and we could not have asked for a better crowd or promoters on any of those gigs....MAD LOVE to all of you who have come to the shows...or who have helped run them..(you all know who you are...bc we probably had a few drinks and laughs with you at some point) ; )

In my downtime, I have begun producing and writing for other performers (something new for me, and someting I love doing)...! The first record I produced a few months ago is a song called, "UNFORGIVABLE" by the one and only JONELLE!!! It was a great experience....some ppl say that you shouldnt work with friends...I disagree!! She killed the vocals and I couldn't have been more proud to have my name as producer on her new track!!

Currently, I am back in the studio with more friends from my former label (Tazmania)...PURE PLEAZURE!!! I wrote and produced a new track for Mykl and Jose..it's called "All of My Life"...and again, just like Jonelle, they came correct and I can't wait for them to release it to you guys....its a new sound and another great experience....I've had a great time working with them, and will hopefully get up on a track with them soon....!!

Speaking of recording...I have also been in the recording booth again this year...and have new material coming out very soon...

I know that my album "TIMELINE" is still relatively new..but I've had the chance to work with some great producers recently and could not pass up the songs that were sent my way.... so be on the look out for some new material that I did with Giuseppe D., the KlubJumpers and Whey Cooler(Pretty Poison) for Hydra's remix EP and Billy Brown....!!

Anyway...I'll leave you with that for now.. and as always, I hope to see you guys at the shows...FREESTYLE has mos def. made a comeback this year...and noone can deny that!! So I'll hopefully be hitting your city sometime in the next few months...so be sure to come by and say what's up!!! (This weekend 5/23/08...Rockell and I will be in Atlantic City, NJ)
