What is up friends and fans?!

First! I hope everyone is doing fucking awesome, having a ball, following dreams, watching porn, hanging out at the circus, what ever it is that makes those muscles in your face tense up and create a smile.  It has been quite a long time since anyone has heard a hoot or holler from BTWS, and we apologize for that.  Life came around and gave us all a swift kick in the sack and due to the unbearable pain, we had to stop making tunes and focus on our personal life's, and our testicles.. Individually, in private.

Well, the pain has subsided and we have been working on some new tunes and are back in the studio.  In fact, a new song should be posted on this myspace page in a few weeks.  I am not going to lie.. Things have changed..  We are no longer following the terms or guidelines of any genre.  Basically, whatever creative musical sound gets projected from Joe and Derrick's guitars, will mix with my thoughts and feelings and a new song will be born.  We don't really care what anyone thinks, after all; this is our project and if anyone else enjoys our musical spawn, we consider that to be a bonus. 

The first song we will post is going to be an untitled song that we played live and got a great response on.  It is a song about being a "Fuck up" and anyone that has been to one of our shows should know what I am talking about.. The lead singer from Fallopian Swim Team, Mr. Ultra Ray has been kind enough to loan us his vocals on this recording. This one will be a BTWS/FST combined effort. After the song is posted I have decided to let a myspace friend name the tune.   I can't in good conscience call the song the "FUCK UP" song. You cant expect me to write the lyrics, bust my ass in the studio, get naked on stage, put on a badass performance, take care of my dieing hamster, and name all the tunes?!

I'm so happy I could scream right now, but that'd be a bad idea since its so late. Ty, you have made my whole year by saying this. Just to start off, the fuck up song was probably my favorite song by you guys ever. And the band means more to me than almost any other band out there. I mean you guys did give me my start as a groupie..no not the fun kind either. But seriously, I am so ridiculously happy right now to read this. Hell I read it twice to be sure I read it right. Let me know when you guys start putting on shows, or even when ya practice, and I will be there.
I love you guys so much, I can't believe ya'll are really getting started again!!!!

Ultra Ray may require a séance to summon, as his usual sacrifice of vodka, tequila, and meds are no longer available. I'm sure we can work something out, though.


I think we should start off the session by punching holes in the studio door. Right on...
