Happy Earth Day!

I hope everyone takes the time to think about our planet today and how very special it is to us.  I mean, really, it’s the only one we have.  Without the Earth, we would cease to exist.  Let’s take care of her, for us and for our children.  Earth Day was founded in 1970 by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson so that makes this the 39^th anniversary.  And I know, you’ve all heard this before, but let’s make everyday Earth Day.  Here are some websites I’ve found that are very informative about the crisis our planet is going through.  I hope each of us make every effort to make a difference so our children have the chance to grow to live healthy and long lives.

Repower America This site is part of the We Campaign with Al Gore’s plan to repower America with 100% clean electricity within 10 years.  Hmm…imagine how far we would be if he had been elected…

Native Energy Check your carbon footprint and learn simple things you can do to save energy.
